In einem Forschungsprojekt wurde ein Verfahren entwickelt, das Stroh insbesondere f\u00fcr vorgefertigte Wand- und Dachbauteile einsetzbar macht. Die Projektergebnisse zeigen, dass Stroh nicht nur ein kosteneffizienter und \u00f6kologisch sinnvoller Baustoff ist, sondern auch wesentliche Anforderungen an D\u00e4mmstoffe erf\u00fcllt. Aufgrund seiner hervorragenden W\u00e4rmed\u00e4mmeigenschaften kann Stroh auch in Passivh\u00e4usern eingesetzt werden. Um Schimmelbildung und Sch\u00e4dlingsbefall zu vermeiden, werden die Wandbauteile in der Zimmerei mit Strohballen gef\u00fcllt und die vorgefertigten Teile vor Ort zusammengesetzt.<br>Im Rahmen des Forschungsprojekts wurden vier verschiedene Geb\u00e4udekonstruktionen mit Stroh ged\u00e4mmt: zwei Neubauten und zwei Sanierungsprojekte. F\u00fcr einen Passivhaus-Neubau in Perchtoldsdorf wurde eine Strohballen-Serienwand entwickelt und f\u00fcr Au\u00dfenw\u00e4nde und Dachelemente verwendet; die gesamte Fassade und das Flachdach eines neu errichteten<br>Die gesamte Fassade und das Flachdach eines neu errichteten Einfamilienhauses in Thal bei Graz wurden mit Strohballen ausgestattet. Die S\u00fcd-Ost-Wand des Zubaus zu einem bestehenden Einfamilienhaus in Wien-Oberlaa wurde als strohged\u00e4mmte Fertigteilwand realisiert. Bei der Sanierung eines Hauses in Nestelbach bei Graz wurden der gesamte Dachstuhl und die Fassade des Altbaus mit Strohballen ged\u00e4mmt.<br>Voruntersuchungen, die im Rahmen des Forschungsprojekts durchgef\u00fchrt wurden, deuten darauf hin, dass eine Zulassung von kleinformatigen Strohballend\u00e4mmstoffen auf EG-Ebene m\u00f6glich ist. Es wurden bereits vier Unternehmen als potentielle Lizenzinhaber genannt, die das Lizenzierungsverfahren durchf\u00fchren m\u00f6chten.<br>Die Zertifizierung von Strohballen-D\u00e4mmstoffen wird zur Zeit vorbereitet. Zertifizierte Strohballen m\u00fcssen die folgenden Eigenschaften und Qualit\u00e4tskriterien erf\u00fcllen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>Ballengr\u00f6\u00dfe: L\u00e4nge: 60 bis 90 cm, Breite: 46 bis 50 cm, H\u00f6he: 36 bis 40 cm;\nRohdichte: Ober- und Untergrenze: 80 kg\/m3 bis 90 kg\/m3;\nFeuchtigkeitsgehalt des Strohs: &lt; 15 %;\nSch\u00e4dlingsbefall der Pflanzen: &lt; 0,5 Gew.-%;\nR\u00fcckstandskornanteil: &lt; 0,4 Gew.-%;\nW\u00e4rmeleitf\u00e4higkeit: \u03bbD (23\/50) = 0,046;\nBrandverhalten: B2;\nFlie\u00dfwiderstand: 0,43 kPa s\/m2\nWasseraufnahme: 4,3 kg\/m2\nSetzungen innerhalb des Bauteils: max. 2.3 %;\nWiderstandsf\u00e4higkeit gegen die Einwirkung von biologischen Stoffen: Klasse 3.<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>Die im Rahmen des Projekts durchgef\u00fchrten rechnerischen Simulationen zeigen, dass Stroh zwar ein vergleichsweise g\u00fcnstiges Medium f\u00fcr Schimmelpilzwachstum ist, dass aber die in den untersuchten Wandkonstruktionen fachgerecht verarbeiteten Strohkleinballen-D\u00e4mmstoffe sicher vor Pilzbefall und damit vor gesundheitsgef\u00e4hrdenden MVOC-Emissionen gesch\u00fctzt sind.<br>vor Pilzbefall und damit vor gesundheitsgef\u00e4hrdenden MVOC-Emissionen gesch\u00fctzt sind.<br>Um die geforderten Qualit\u00e4tseigenschaften zu wettbewerbsf\u00e4higen Preisen zu erreichen, ist eine weitere Produktentwicklung hinsichtlich erreichbarer Ballendichten und der Herstellung von Kleinballen aus Gro\u00df- und Rundballen erforderlich.
