Das neue Dach wurde steiler aufgestellt, die neue Raumh\u00f6he betr\u00e4gt nun bis zu 3,2 m. Die bestehenden Au\u00dfenw\u00e4nde wurden mit Strohballen ged\u00e4mmt und mit Kalk verputzt. Ein Teil der Fassade hat eine s\u00e4gerauhe Fichtenschalung erhalten. Aufgrund des Dach\u00fcberstandes sowie der Orientierung nach S\u00fcden und Osten bekommt die Holzschalung wenig Regen ab und hat mittlerweile einen wunderbaren warmen Farbton. Sowohl nach Norden als auch nach S\u00fcden hat das Haus einen kleinen Anbau in klassischer Holzst\u00e4nder-Strohballenkonstruktion bekommen.
