J\u00fcrgen H\u00f6ller GmbH wurde als Passivhaus in Massivbauweise ausgef\u00fchrt, das Pultdach mit Strohballen ged\u00e4mmt. Grundfl\u00e4che ca. 7,30-9,90m x 15,93m, an rechte Grundgrenze und an Gesch\u00e4ftlokal im vorderen Grundst\u00fccksbereich angebaut, Vollunterkellerung, im Erdgescho\u00df B\u00fcror\u00e4ume, im Obergescho\u00df B\u00fcroraume (Besprechungsraum, Abstellraum) und eine in sich geschlossene Wohneinheit mit 56,16m<sup>2<\/sup> Wohnnutzfl., Terrasse im OG an der Westfassade, vorspringender Erker im OG \u00fcber Eingang im EG, Pultdach 5\u00b0 Neigung, mit Blechdeckung.<br>Die D\u00e4mmung der obersten Gescho\u00dfdecke erfolgte mit Stroh.
