Dabei wurde der Weinkeller au\u00dfen &#8211; vor einer massiven Betonschale (thermische Masse) &#8211; mit Strohballen ged\u00e4mmt. Das Geb\u00e4ude ist so im Winter warm und im Sommer gek\u00fchlt.
