Claudius Kern veranstaltet Workshops zum Jurtenbau und hat bereits 2008 4 Strohballen-Jurten in Workshops errichtet. Anders als bei der klassischen Jurte wird hier ein Rundhaus aus Strohballen errichtet, auch der „Dachstuhl“ wird mit Strohballen ausgefacht. Innen und au\u00dfen wird mit Lehm verputzt und au\u00dfen eine diffusionsoffene Zeltplane (Anm.: bitte keine diffusionsdichte LKW-Plane!) dar\u00fcber gespannt.
