Strohballen-Sanierung eines Bauernhauses im Allg&auml;u, Bayern"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Dieses Bauernhaus in Bayern wurde mit Strohballen au\u00dfen ummantelt, ebenerdig direkt (auf Hasengitter) verputzt, im 1. Stock und Giebel mit Holzschindeln auf Bretterverschalung verkleidet.<br>Dazu wurden rund um die Fenster OSB-Boxen befestigt und ein Hilfsger\u00fcst im Abstand der Ballen montiert.<br>Die Ballen stehen auf einem Betonfundamentstreifen mit Horizontald\u00e4mmung (Teerpappe), ein Hasengitter (feinmaschiger Draht) wurde als Putztr\u00e4ger verwendet. Nach der ersten Putzschicht wurde PolyesterGittex eingearbeitet um Rissbildung zu verhindern.<br>Bauherr: Frank B\u00f6ttinger<br>Baukosten: Strohballen ca 250 \u20ac<br>Gesamtkosten: ca. 4000 \u20ac ( inkl.
