Die Halle wurde als Holzsonderkonstruktion mit Strohd\u00e4mmung f\u00fcr Dach und W\u00e4nde ausgef\u00fchrt. Das erforderliche Stroh wurde zum gro\u00dfen Teil auf Feldern des Biohofes geerntet. Um die Strohd\u00e4mmung auch optisch sichtbar zu machen, wurde eine gro\u00dfe Wand au\u00dfen mit Glas verkleidet.<br>Die Architektur des Gesamtgeb\u00e4udes basiert auf den Grunds\u00e4tzen des Biohofes. Innovation und zukunftsgerichtetes Denken dr\u00fccken sich in einer richtung-gebenden Architektur aus, die neben der Materialwahl auch in der Formgebung Zeichen setzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Zusammenf\u00fchren und ineinander Verschr\u00e4nken der drei unterschiedlichen Nutzungsbereiche Logistik, Verwaltung, Verkauf mit Restauration wird durch die Wahl dreier Bauk\u00f6rper in jeweils verschiedenen Materialien ausgedr\u00fcckt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Geb\u00e4ude ist ein reiner Holzbau. Die gesamte tragende und nicht tragende Struktur ist aus hoch w\u00e4rmeged\u00e4mmten Holzfertigteilen ausgef\u00fchrt. Die W\u00e4nde und D\u00e4cher wurden zum Gro\u00dfteil mit Stroh ged\u00e4mmt. Im Innenbereich kommen in den R\u00e4umen mit hoher Personenbesetzung Lehmbauplatten zur Regulierung des Mikroklimas und des nat\u00fcrlichen Feuchtehaushaltes zum Einsatz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die D\u00e4cher des Verwaltungsgeb\u00e4udes wurden als Gr\u00fcnd\u00e4cher ausgef\u00fchrt, tragen damit zu einer nat\u00fcrlichen Regenwasserregulierung durch Speicherung, Bew\u00e4sserung und Verdunstung bei und geben der Natur ein St\u00fcck Gr\u00fcn zur\u00fcck, das man ihr durch den Neubau genommen hat..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pflanzen werden zur Klimatisierung herangezogen.
