\"Casa-El-Maqui-Chile-4-1020x610\"<\/a>Das chilenische Architekturb\u00fcro GITC <\/a> plante die Casa El Maqui im K\u00fcsten-Naturschutzgebiet El Macs Brook in der N\u00e4he von Santiago de Chile. Das Haus bietet sechs Personen gro\u00dfz\u00fcgig Platz in ebenso nachhaltig wie luxuri\u00f6s gestalteten R\u00e4umen und wurde umsichtig entworfen, um sich m\u00f6glichst nahtlos in die lokale Flora und Fauna einzuf\u00fcgen \u2013 und zuletzt, wo n\u00f6tig, sogar wiederherzustellen. Das Geb\u00e4ude nutzt nat\u00fcrliche Luftstr\u00f6mungen und Wasserg\u00e4rten f\u00fcr Verdunstungsk\u00fchle, dank der es im Inneren auch w\u00e4hrend der br\u00fctend hei\u00dfen Sommer angenehm temperiert ist.<\/p>\n

\"Casa-El-Maqui-just3ds.com-17-1020x610\"<\/a>Der Kunde w\u00fcnschte sich ein Wochenend- und Ferienhaus mit Garten f\u00fcr eine sechsk\u00f6pfige Familie. Zugleich sollte das Haus keinesfalls die Sch\u00f6nheit der Umgebung beeintr\u00e4chtigen. „Um den vitalen W\u00e4ldern und \u00d6kosystemen nicht in die Quere zu kommen, haben wir eine bereits besch\u00e4digte, vegetationslose B\u00f6schung als Bauplatz gew\u00e4hlt“, berichtet der Architekt. „Das jetzt begonnene Landschaftsgestaltungsprojekt sollte die Revitalisierung des Gebietes in Gang setzen.“<\/p>\n

\"Casa-El-Maqui-just3ds.com-6-1020x610\"<\/a>Dank der sorgf\u00e4ltigen Planung kann die gesamte Anlage dazu beitragen, die unmittelbare Umgebung inklusive der nat\u00fcrlichen Flora in ihren urspr\u00fcnglichen, intakten Zustand zur\u00fcckzuversetzen. Das Haus selbst ist eine Stahlrahmenkonstruktion mit bewehrtem Beton und Holz. Im Au\u00dfenbereich wurden ein Swimmingpool und ein Wassergarten mit Pflanzenkl\u00e4ranlage angelegt, um das Ambiente zu bereichern und f\u00fcr nat\u00fcrliche K\u00fchlung durch die \u00fcber das Wasser streichenden Winde zu sorgen, deren Hauptrichtungen ebenfalls in der Planung ber\u00fccksichtigt wurden. Die Schlafr\u00e4ume wurden in einem eigenen Pavillon zum atemberaubenden Bergpanorama hin ausgerichtet. Die Gemeinschaftsr\u00e4ume blicken auf den gartengestalteten Hof. Die Interieurs sind einladend und hell, mit unregelm\u00e4\u00dfigen W\u00e4nden und W\u00e4rme ausstrahlenden Oberfl\u00e4chen aus Stein und Holz.<\/p>\n
