Das private Wohnhausprojekt wurde als Familiendomizil f\u00fcr eine sechsk\u00f6pfige Familie konzipiert und besticht durch seinen hohen Anspruch hinsichtlich konsequenter Umsetzung als \u00d6kobau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Ausrichtung erfolgt nach S\u00fcd mit herrlichem Waldblick und vorgelagertem Hausgarten mit Schwimmteich und einem ostseitigen Nebengeb\u00e4ude als Blickschutz zur Stra\u00dfe. Durch die winkelf\u00f6rmige Anordnung der beiden Trakte entsteht ein uneinsehbarer Nordhof mit Ortsblick. Auf die Verschmelzung von Biohaus und umgebender Natur wird durch vorgezogene \u00dcberdachungen und Pergolas besonders Wert gelegt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
